Katrín Káradóttir is the Programme Director in Fashion Design at the Department of Design and Architecture at the Iceland University of the Arts. Katrín studied tailoring in Reykjavik and fashion design in Paris.

Kyoto Seika University (hereafter SEIKA) was founded in 1968 on the principles ofrespect for humanity and the spirit of freedom and autonomy. SEIKA is a four-yearliberal arts university in Kyoto, Japan, offering its programs to over 3,000 undergraduate andgraduate students from 16 countries. Starting in 2021, SEIKA will open two new faculties(Global Culture and Media Creation) and a cross-disciplinary degree program (HumanEnvironment Design) in addition to its existing faculties of Art, Design and Manga. Research isconducted across all academic disciplines, and through the Center for Innovation in TraditionalIndustries and the Asia-Africa Contemporary Cultural Research Center.
